Description:
The Policy Branch provides leadership and policy expertise to support ServiceOntario strategic initiatives and the vital events (birth, death, marriage, change of name) and accessible parking permits programs. The Branch includes the Privacy Office which provides expert privacy leadership, acts as steward and protector of clients' personal information and works with program partners and other areas of ServiceOntario to provide privacy advice and direction. The Branch also provides policy advice to ensure partner ministry programs/initiatives have necessary policy supports in place to integrate into the service delivery framework and align with ServiceOntario¿s mandate.
